Ritar's OPzV range uses tubular positive plates and a fumed-silica (solid-state) gel electrolyte, built to DIN standards with die-cast positive grids. It offers a 20–25 year float design life and 3,500 cycles at 80% DOD (2 V), and is aimed at PV/wind storage, telecom and UPS under extreme conditions.
